By attending academic activities, postgraduate can broaden academic horizons, inspire establish academic thinking and promote academic research. During the study in school, students should participate in at least 3 academic activities, and submit the learning experience to the tutor in written form after each academic activity. This report will be handed over to the academic affairs office for retention after being assessed by the experts of the department. Proposal report group is responsible for the assessment of this link, and the graduate students who pass literature review and thesis proposal obtain 2 credits. 由开题报告 小组负责考 核 Assessed by the thesis proposal group 必选 Compulsory 5 中期检查的主要内容为：论文工作是 否按开题报告预定的内容及进度进行；已 完成的内容及研究结果；目前存在或预期 可能出现的问题；论文按时完成的可能 性。本环节由中期检查小组负责考核，通 过中期检查的研究生获得 1 学分。 The main content of mid-term inspection are: whether the work is carried out according to scheduled and plan of thesis proposal; how the dissertation is completed; what are the existing problem, and what is the possibility of completing the paper on time. The mid-term inspection team is responsible for the assessment of this link, and postgraduates who pass the mid- term inspection obtain 1 credit. 由中期检查 小组负责考 核 Assessed by process assessment group 必选 Compulsory 3.学 位 论 文 要 求 （ Degree Thesis Requirements） 对学位论文的学术道德、学术水平、创新成果、论文撰写以及答辩等方面的具体要求： The degree thesis requirements with the contents of academic ethics, academic level, creative outcome, Thesis writing, and final defense of graduation: 学术道德：学术硕士研究生应恪守学术道德规范，严谨认真、求真务实，自觉遵守科研诚信与学 术道德。没有抄袭剽窃、数据作假等不端行为，并尊重他人劳动成果，做学术道德和学术规范的遵循 者 、 守 护者 和 传承 者 。 学术水平：学术硕士研究生应在工商管理学科上掌握坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识；具有从 事 科 学 研究 工 作或 独 立担 负 专 门 管 理 工作 的 能力 。 创 新 成 果 ： 学术 硕 士研究 生 学 位论 文 要求 清 晰明 确 阐 述创 新 点， 并 且创 新 点 数量 不 少 于 2 个。 同 时，应完成与学位论文创新点密切相关的学术成果，并达到《关于全日制学术型硕士研究生申请学位 论 文 答 辩发 表 论文 的 规定 》 （ 哈工 程 经管 院 发 [2019]6 号 ） 的要 求 。 论文撰写：学术 硕 士研 究生 学 位 论文 撰 写是 硕 士生 科 学 研究 工 作的 全 面总 结 ，也 是描 述 其研 究成 果 、 反映其研究水平的重要学术文献资料，更是申请和授予硕士学位的基本依据，需按照《哈尔滨工程大 学 研 究 生学 位 论文 撰 写基 本 要 求》 认 真执 行 。 论文答辩：学 术硕 士 研究生 申 请 答辩 最 早 时 间 自入 学 报 到日 起 到申 请 答辩 日 期（ 即 提交 学 术论文 评 阅 ），时 间 不得 少 于 18 个 月（ 不 含休 学 时间 ）。申 请 答 辩条 件 及答 辩流 程 参 照《哈 尔 滨工 程大 学 硕 士 学 位 研 究生 学 位授 予 工作 细 则（ 试行 ）》（ 哈工 程 校 发 [2017]140 号 ）和《 经 济 管理 学 院硕 士学 位 研 究 生 授 予 工作 实 施的 补 充说 明 》 （哈 工 程经 管 院发 [2019]5 号 ） 有 关规 定。 Academic ethics: The academic postgraduate should abide by the academic ethics and be rigorous, conscientious, realistic, pragmatic, and consciously abide by the integrity of scientific research and academic ethics. They should respect the work of others; follow academic ethics and academic norms. Academic level: The master's degree candidate should maste r solid basic theories and systematic expertise in business administration; have the capabilities to engage in scientific research or independently undertake specialized technical work independently. Creative Outcome: The academic master’s degree thesis requires a clear description of innovation points, and the number of innovation points shall not be less than 2. Meanwhile, they should complete academic research closely related to the innovation point of the dissertation. For relevant regulations, please refer to the regulations on full-time academic postgraduate applying for dissertation defense and publishing papers (School of Economics and Management, Harbin Engineering University [2019] No.6). Thesis writing: thesis is a comprehensive summary of the scientific research work of master’s degree, as well as an important academic literature that describes the research results and reflects the research level; and it is also the foundation of application for master’s degree. Thesis should be carefully implement ed in accordance with the basic requirements for thesis writing of graduate of Harbin Engineering University. Defense of graduation: The earliest time for an academic master candidate to apply for defense shall be from the date of enrollment to the date of application for defense (that is, the date of submission of the academic paper for review), and the time shall not be less than 18 months (excluding suspension time).The conditions and procedures of the application for defense shall refer to the relevant provisions of the work rules for awarding master's degree to graduate students of Harbin university of engineering (trial) (no. 140 [2017] of Harbin university of engineering) and supplementary notes on the implementation of awarding master's degree to graduate students of school of economics and management (no. 5 [2019] of Harbin institute of engineering economics and management).
