This citation testifies of the high-level impact of the research carried out by Prof. Sara, in collaboration with Prof. G. Cuniberti (University of Luxembourg). This is the third time that an Opinion of the Advocate General relies on one of Prof. Sara’s published works on the interpretation of European regulations related to cross-border judicial cooperation in civil matters. Neuwirth  October 27, 2022  Paper presentation (“Law, Language, Technology and the Perception of Time”) in the Cluster “New Opportunities at the Intersection of Humanities and Sciences” (IHUS)” of the Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) of the Univer sity of Macau; Macao (CHINA) Prof. Sara Migliorini  October 21, 2022  Prof. Sara Migliorini spoke at a hybrid conference organized by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and WilmerHale (London) on “Trade, Investment and Small States”. Prof. Sara intervened remotely and shared the floor with Prof. S. Maniatis (Director, BIICL), Dr E. Kessi —(WTO), Prof. J. Kelsey (Emeritus, University of Auckland) and P. Baker (CEO, International Economics Consulting Ltd). Prof. Sara presented a paper on the regulatory choices of States in AI regulation, discussing in particular the cases of Singapore and Switzerland. Prof. Yu Xingzhong  October 26, 2022  The Faculty of Law of the University of Macau held a special seminar for PhD programme named "Legal Research: From Analysis to Analytics—Advantages and Disadvantages of Using Intelligent Technology". The lecture was given by Professor Yu Xingzhong, Chair Professor of the Department of Global Law, Faculty of Law, University of Macau and had attracted many doctoral students from UM to participate. Neuwirth 教授  2022 年 10 月 27 日  在澳門大學人文社科高等研究院 （IAS) 課題組“人文與科學交叉的新機遇”（IHUS）發表 題為“法律、語言、技術和時間觀念”的論文。 Sara Migliorini 教授  2022 年 10 月 21 日  Sara Migliorini 教授在英國國際法和比較法研究所（BIICL）和 WilmerHale (倫敦)組織的關於 “貿易、投資和小型國家”的會議上發表了演講。Migliorini 教授遠程線上參加此次會議，並 與 S. Maniatis 教授（BIICL 主任）、E. Kessi 博士（WTO）、J.
