綠色定期存款年報（2022 年 6 月-2023 年 5 月） 上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司 香港分行 根據國際資本市場協會發佈的《2021年綠色債券原則》和貸款市場協會、亞太貸款市場協會 和銀團貸款及轉讓協會聯合發佈的《2021年綠色貸款原則》，上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公 司香港分行（「浦發香港」）於 2022年6月制定了《綠色定期存款產品管理辦法》（《管理 辦法》），其中明確了存款資金使用、項目評估與篩選、資金管理以及資訊披露的要求。 存款資金用途 根據該管理辦法，綠色定期存款之資金應專門用於管理辦法中定義的合資格綠色項目。合資 格綠色項目涵蓋： 可再生能源 能效提升 污染防治 生物資源和土地資源的環境可持續管理 陸地與水域生態多樣性保護 清潔交通 可持續水資源與廢水管理 氣候變化適應 循環經濟產品、生產技術及流程和/或經認證的生態高效產品 綠色建築 項目評估和選擇流程 根據《管理辦法》 ，浦發銀行按照規定的規範和標準進行項目評估和選擇，並建立了合資格綠 色項目清單。此外，入選的合資格綠色項目應符合《2021 年綠色債券原則》和《2021 年綠色 貸款原則》中規定的相關要求。 截至 2023 年 5 月 31 日，浦發香港所選擇的 18 個合資格綠色項目總價值為 18.9275 億港 元。合資格綠色項目信息如下： 合資格綠色目錄 資產總額 (等值百萬港元) 比例 可再生能源 315.46 16.67% 能效提升 247.86 13.10% 污染防治 247.86 13.10% 生物資源和土地資源的環境可持續管理 22.53 1.19% 陸地與水域生態多樣性保護 135.20 7.14% 清潔交通 315.46 16.67% 可持續水資源與廢水管理 270.39 14.29% 氣候變化適應 67.60 3.57% 循環經濟產品、生產技術及流程和/或經 認證的生態高效產品 22.53 1.19% 綠色建築 247.86 13.10% 總額 1,892.75 100% 預期環境效益例子如下: 位於巴西的風力發電項目，包括風力發電設施融資，裝機容量為642兆瓦。該專案目 前已投入營運，年度上網發電量為2,583,926兆瓦時。 位於中國的風力發電項目。該項目總裝機容量為250兆瓦，包括92台2兆瓦風電機組、 14台2.5兆瓦風電機組、1台2.2兆瓦風電機組和9台3.2兆瓦風電機組。每年的發電量約 為48,211兆瓦時。 資金管理 根據《管理辦法》規定，浦發香港持有的綠色定期存款餘額總額應低於合資格綠色項目的總 規模。綠色定期存款募集到的資金應分配給符合《管理辦法》 「綠色存款資金使用」部分所 述的合資格綠色項目。 信息披露 根據《管理辦法》規定，浦發香港聘請了合資格的獨立第三方認證機構進行發行前鑒證。 浦發香港將不定期發行或更新綠色定期存款以支持綠色發展並考慮按《2021年綠色債券原 則》和《2021年綠色貸款原則》中規定的要求，通過發佈年度綠色定期存款報告的方式作出 信息披露。 上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司 香港分行 Annual Report of Green Time Deposit Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch (June 2022-May 2023) In accordance with the Green Bond Principles 2021 published by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), and the Green Loan Principle 2021 (“GLP 2021”) published by Loan Market Association (LMA), the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) and the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA), Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch (“SPDBHK”) established the Product Management Policy of Green Time Deposit of SPDBHK (the “Policy”) in June 2022, which defined the use of proceeds, project evaluation and selection, management of proceeds as well as information disclosure. Use of Proceeds In accordance with the Policy, proceeds from Green Time Deposit should be used exclusively for Eligible Green Projects as defined in the Policy. Eligible Green Projects include: Renewable energy Energy efficiency Pollution prevention and control Environmentally sustainable management of living natural resources and land use Terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity conservation Clean transportation Sustainable water and wastewater management Climate change adaptation Circular economy adapted products, production technologies and processes; and/or certified eco-efficient products Green Buildings Project Evaluation and Selection As stipulated in the Policy, SPDBHK conducted project evaluation and selection in accordance with the criteria and standards as specified in the Policy, and maintained an Eligible Green Project list. Besides, the Eligible Green Projects selected shall meet the relevant requirements as defined in the Green Bond Principles 2021 and the Green Loan Principle 2021. As of May 31st 2023, the total value of the 18 Eligible Green Projects selected by SPDBHK was HKD 1,892.75 million. The project is currently in operation with annual on-grid electricity generation volume of 2,583,926 MWh. A wind power project located in China. The project, with total capacity of 250MW, consists of 92 wind turbines with per capacity of 2MW, 14 wind turbines with per capacity 2.5MW, 1 wind turbine with 2.2 MW capacity and 9 wind turbines with per capacity of 3.2 MW. The electricity generation is about 48,211 MWh annually. Management of Proceeds As stipulated in the Policy, the total outstanding amount of Green Time Deposit maintained by SPDBHK should be kept below the total scale of the selected Eligible Green Projects. The Green Time Deposit proceeds shall be allocated to the Eligible Green Projects as described in the “Use of Proceeds” section of the Policy. Information Disclosure As stipulated in the Policy, SPDBHK engaged a qualified independent third party to conduct pre-issuance assurance. SPDBHK will from time to time issue or renew Green Time Deposit for supporting green development and consider making information disclosure as the requirement set in the Green Bond Principles 2021 and Green Loan Principles 2021 through SPDBHK’s Annual Green Time Deposit Reports.
