The application fee for renewal of Registration as Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporters is HK$210. 香 港 「 備 案 葡 萄 酒 出 口 商 」 登 記 續 期 申 請 費 用 為 港 幣 210 元 。 2. Applicants are advised to make payment after preliminary verification of the renewal application form and the required supporting documents by the Trade and Industry Department (the Department). Payment of the requisite application fee does not guarantee approval by the Director-General of Trade and Industry. Any request for refund of the application fee paid will not be accepted irrespective of whether the application is approved or not. 申 請 者 請 於 工 業 貿 易 署 （本 署 ）初 步 審 閱 遞 交 的 續 期 申 請 表 格 及 所 需 文 件 後 才 繳 款 ， 繳 付 申 請 費 用 並 不 保 證 工 業 貿 易 署 署 長 會 批 准 有 關 申 請。不 論 申 請 最 終 獲 批 與 否，任 何退還已繳付的申請費用的要求均不會獲接納。 3. Please present the duly completed fee demand note at the Shroff and Form Sales Counter of the Department in Room 1309 on 13/F of the Trade and Industry Tower (the Tower), 3 Concorde Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong and pay the application fee by means of (i) crossed cheque; (ii) cash; (iii) Easy Pay System (EPS); or (iv) Faster Payment System (FPS). Payment by cheque should be made payable to “The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”. 請攜同填妥的繳款表格前往本署位於香港九龍城協調道 3 號工業貿易大樓（大樓） 13 樓 1309 室 的 收 款 及 表 格 出 售 處 ， 以 ( i ) 劃 線 支 票 ； ( i i ) 現 金 ； ( i i i ) 易 辦 事 ( E P S ) ； 或 (iv)轉 數 快 (FPS)繳 付 申 請 費 用 。 倘 以 支 票 繳 費 ， 支 票 抬 頭 請 填 寫 「 香 港 特 別 行 政 區 政府」。 2. Please return Part A of the fee demand note with a franking by the Shroff and Form Sales Counter at the Integrated Customer Service Centre of the Department in Room 1324 on 13/F of the Tower for processing of the renewal application. 請 將 經 收 款 及 表 格 出 售 處 機 印 的 繳 款 單 甲 部 交 回 本 署 位 於 大 樓 13 樓 1324 室 的 綜 合 顧客服務中心，以便處理有關續期申請。 (ii) 1. 2. For application to be delivered by post 適用於以郵遞方式遞交的申請 Please mail the duly completed renewal application form and fee demand note, together with the required supporting documents and a crossed cheque to the Registration Unit for Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporters on 14/F of the Tower. The crossed cheque should be made payable to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region". 請 把 填 妥 的 續 期 申 請 表 格 及 繳 款 表 格，連 同 所 需 證 明 文 件 及 抬 頭 為「 香 港 特 別 行 政 區 政 府 」 的 劃 線 支 票 ， 一 併 郵 寄 到 大 樓 14 樓 的 香 港 「 備 案 葡 萄 酒 出 口 商 」 登 記 分 組 。 The Department will process the renewal application upon receiving the documents stated in (ii) 1 above. The payment receipt will be issued to the applicant after vetting of the application. 本 署 會 在 收 到 (ii) 1 所 述 文 件 後 予 以 審 理 有 關 續 期 申 請 ， 並 在 審 批 完 成 後 向 申 請 者 發 出付款收據。 ( i i i ) For application to be submitted via the Department’s e-Form Submission Service 適用於透過本署的電子表格遞交服務提交的申請 1. 2. Please pay the application fee for renewal by e-Cheque; through online credit card payment via the Department’s e-Payment Platform Portal
