健身室使用者責任聲明書 透過提供有效健身室使用證，本人同意遵守澳門大學 體育設施規條之健身室使用條款及細則，並確認自身的 健康狀況適宜進行健身運動。本人也清楚需全面負責自 己使用健身器材時所造成的任何傷害或受傷。澳門大學 和體育事務部毋須為本人身上的傷害或受傷負上責任。 Fitness Room User Undertaking Form By presenting a valid fitness room user card, I hereby agree to follow the terms and conditions prescribed in The University of Macau Sports Facilities Rules. I also acknowledge my health conditions are suitable for fitness exercises. I also clearly understand that I will be fully responsible for any injuries that may possibly occur through the use of fitness equipment. The University of Macau and Office of Sports Affairs hold no liabilities for my own injuries.
