善用「防騙視伏器」 識別詐騙風險 浦發銀行香港分行提醒客戶及公眾人士，應提高防範詐騙意識，積極利用「防 騙視伏器」識別詐騙風險，保障自身利益。香港警務處（警務處）已推出詐騙搜 尋器「防騙視伏器」 ，以加強預防、偵測及制止社會上的詐騙行為及減少公眾的 財務損失。 「防騙視伏器」可讓公眾透過搜尋各項資料（包括銀行戶口號碼、儲值支付 工具識別碼及電話號碼） ，取得以顏色作警示的風險評級結果。當輸入的資料與 詐騙相關，「防騙視伏器」可以在公眾付款或進行交易前提醒他們潛在的風險及 常見的騙案類型，如網上購物騙案、投資騙案及網上情緣騙案。 我們強烈建議客戶及公眾在作出轉帳或進行交易前核查「防騙視伏器」以驗 證收款人是否真實並可信。 「守網者」網站 （www.CyberDefender.hk）載有「防騙視伏器」及更多的 相關資料，以供客戶及公眾人士查閱。 上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司香港分行 2023 年 3 月 7 日 Take Advantage of the Anti-fraud Search Engine "Scameter+" to Identify the Risk of Fraud Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch would like to remind customers and the public to raise their awareness of fraud prevention and actively use the " Scameter+" to identify fraud risks and protect their own interests. The anti-fraud search engine "Scameter+" by the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) will enhance the prevention, detection and disruption of fraud in our community as well as reduce financial losses of the public. The new engine, Scameter+, allows the public to search various data (including bank account numbers, SVF user IDs and phone numbers) and provides a coloured risk-rated response. Where the inputted data is linked to fraud, Scameter helps alert the public to the potential level of risk before making payments or conducting transactions which could potentially expose them to prevalent types of fraud, such as online shopping fraud, investment fraud and romance scams. We strongly encourage our customers and the public to check Scameter before making any payment or effecting any transaction so as to verify whether the receiving party is real and credible.
